Requirements for filing:

1. Name & Address of the Applicant;
2. Laws of the country under which it is incorporated;
3. name the article in which, the goods is made;
4. Various photograpic views of the article e.g. Front View, Back View, Top View, Bottom View and Perspective View;
5. Alternatively pictorial drawings of the article mar be filed and various views also (No cross sectional drawings);
6. Power of Authority to be signed by the Applicant;
